PDForm (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

• Files you choose: When you scan documents or select images/PDFs, all processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload or store your documents on our servers.
• Device storage: PDFs created using PDForm are saved on your device. A local list of recent files is stored only on your device.
• Advertising data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.
• Purchases (if enabled): Google Play Billing may collect and process purchase-related information for premium features.

2. How We Use Information

• To scan, create, save, merge, split, clean, and sign PDFs on your device.
• To display advertisements (if enabled).
• To process in-app purchases (if enabled).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Google AdMob (for advertising)
• Google Play Billing (for purchases)

4. Data Retention

Your documents remain on your device unless you delete them. Recent file information is stored locally on your device only.

5. Permissions

• Camera: Used to scan documents.
• Photos / Media: Used to select images and add signatures.
• Storage: Used to save PDFs on your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

PDForm is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards on the device to protect your data. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices

You can delete files within the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored information.
