1. Information We Process
The app processes only the information you voluntarily enter or select while creating quotations, including:
- Company details (name, address, contact details if entered)
- Client details (name, address, phone number)
- Client contact name and phone number selected from device contacts (optional)
- Quotation details (items, quantity, price, totals, notes, quotation number)
- Company logo or image selected by the user (optional)
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Quotivo does not collect, transmit, or store:
- User accounts or login credentials
- Cloud backups or cloud synchronization data
- Location data
- Contacts data beyond the contact you explicitly select
- SMS, call logs, or calendar data
- Advertising ID, tracking data, or analytics
- Crash reports or usage analytics
3. Data Storage
- All data is stored locally on your device using a local database.
- No data is sent to any external server.
- Data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties.
Your data leaves the app only when you choose to export or share a quotation PDF
using other apps (such as email or messaging apps). Those apps handle data according to their own
privacy policies.
5. Permissions

Contacts access: To allow users to select a contact name and phone number
directly from their device contacts while creating a quotation. Only the selected contact
information is used, and it is stored locally on the device.

Storage / Media access: To select a company logo image and to save or export
quotation PDFs.
Denying these permissions may limit certain features, but the app will continue to function.
6. Data Security
Your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend securing your device with a lock screen
and keeping your operating system up to date.
7. Children’s Privacy
Quotivo is a business and productivity application and is not intended for children under the
age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page
with an updated effective date.
